Refund policy
Any items bought through our website or at a retail event may be returned (at the cost of the customer) unworn within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange in it’s original packaging. Any items returned beyond 14 days will only be refunded or exchanged at our discretion. If you require a longer returns period please let us know and we may be able to reach a solution.
If the item(s) show any signs of wear or damage they will either not be refundable or only be eligible for a partial refund or exchange at our discretion.
Please advise us by email to begin your return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

In general bespoke pieces are non refundable once they have been collected. In certain circumstances you may be able to receive a partial refund at our discretion. Please contact us if you have any questions.
