Shipping policy
We offer free UK and Worldwide shipping.
Any items that are in stock and ordered through our website will be shipped out within 3 working days - this is generally our silver jewellery. You will receive an email shipping notification as soon as your jewellery has been despatched. If you need your jewellery to arrive for a specific date please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Most of our gold pieces are made to order but some are in stock and ready to ship - please get in touch with us to find out what is immediately available.
Any jewellery which is being made to order - this is generally our gold jewellery - can take between 4-8 weeks to complete depending on the piece. Projected delivery times for any made to order piece will be made clear at the time of ordering.
All items shipped within the UK are sent out with Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next day, insured and tracked service and will need to be signed for upon receipt.
Orders under £500 for international shipping are sent out with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Once despatched orders to Europe are estimated to arrive in 3-5 working days, Worldwide is estimated at 5-7 working days once despatched. This is a fully tracked service and will need to be signed for upon receipt. Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed will become the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Orme-Brown is not responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service.
Orders over £500 for international shipping are sent out with Fedex International Priority service and will typically take 3-5 days to arrive. This is a fully tracked service and will need to be signed for upon receipt.
Shipping to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, sales taxes or other customs charges. The payment of any import charges is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If your jewellery has not arrived when expected please get in touch as soon as you can so we can track your parcel. Orme-Brown is not responsible for any items that are lost during shipping.
